Service ("Outreach") Committee

"To enlist the support of our church family to reach out and serve all of God's people."

It is important for St. Matthew's to work with all of God's people to serve and support them, no matter what the need. St. Matthew's has many outreach programs under way. Some of these programs include:

Helping with the St. Mark's on the Campus food pantry by collecting grocery bags of food and delivering them to the pantry on a monthly basis.
Donating holiday meals to Prescott and Irving School families.
Sponsoring a Dominican Republic student scholarship.

We have a very active committee and all members contribute to our cause in
one way or another. We really have a lot of fun with our projects and we
try to involve the entire parish in our endeavors. We find that the
spiritual reward is far greater than anyone could imagine and it keeps us
inspired. New members are always welcome!
